Introduction

Welcome to The KICK Program. These Terms and Conditions present and govern participation in our programs. 



Enrolment and Participation

Reservation Process

• Initial Inquiry: Submit details or book a call with the host via our website.
• Follow-Up: Receive a call to discuss details or get a significant entry information pack via email.
• Seat Reservation: Confirm your seat by expressing interest. Reservation is booked for 10 days till the final decision is made.

Confirmation Process

• Payment Information: Share details regarding the participant, and receive an invoice for payment.
• Making Payment: Complete the payment process by covering the Kick Pack Price that is listed in the personal invoice.Confirmation: Receive an email confirming your enrolment.

Pre-Program Preparation

• Preparation Info: Receive guidebooks and tools to prepare for the trip – focus on the goal for the program and get your ideas clarified to have powerful sessions with tutors and coaches.
• Special Requirements: Inform us of any dietary needs, health concerns, allergies or special requirements.
• Materials Provision: Get preparatory materials before the program starts. 

Program Cost

• The program cost is 7500 EUR, excluding VAT.
• Prices are subject to change, but final costs are fixed during the booking enrolment. No additional fees can be applied afterwards.

Payment

• An invoice is issued upon enrolment.
• 50% refundable until 4 weeks before the program (chosen dates) starts; non-refundable thereafter.
• We accept bank payments, PayPal payments and other transfer solutions that are up to discuss with the KICK Host.
• These Terms and Conditions act as the contractual agreement for the sale.

Services Included

• Accommodations, workspace, lectors and coaches, work material,  meals and drinks with full time open kitchen and bar for one’s needs, WiFi, transportation for group outings, and selected activities and events.

Services Not Included

• Airfare, travel documents, insurance, medical costs, personal expenses, property damage fees, and activities not listed as included.

Schedule and agenda

• Detailed agenda, arrival and departure times will be disclosed during discussions with the hosts of the program. These will also be listed in pre work material as well as special booking reminders presented by the KICK crew.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations due to COVID-19 or health issues do not warrant a partial refund.
• 50% refundable until 4 weeks before the program (chosen dates) starts; non-refundable thereafter.

Media Consent

• All participants of the program Consent to be photographed and videotaped during the program, for personal branding packs and promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

• The KICK Crew states a Commitment to protect unique ideas shared or developed during the program.
• Therefore all participants share the highest standards of confidentiality.

Force Majeure

• Following the common regulation in the European Union.

Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued participation post-update signifies acceptance.

Privacy Policy

• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and do not share personal information without consent, except as legally required.

Additional Provisions

• Participants must provide information regarding health issues, special needs, other requirements, allergies and dietary restrictions during the booking process.

Note: Submission of payment for the KICK Programs and services signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms in their entirety before proceeding.
